DESIGN STRATEGY

Translating insights and intuition into a clear, actionable plan

Whether you're rolling out a new product, overhauling your customer experience, or rebooting your brand, having a solid design strategy is critical to your success. It bridges that gap between what you can deliver and what your customers actually want and expect so you can foster loyalty, drive adoption, and unlock serious growth.

  1. Discovery and immersion

We’ll start by immersing myself in your business, industry, users/customers and strategic challenges by reviewing any research or insights that you have. This discovery phase helps build a deep understanding of the context, user needs, and key problems to be addressed.

  2. Define goals and opportunities

Next, we will work together to define the strategic goals, desired outcomes, and key opportunities for a design strategy workshop. We’ll align on the specific areas of focus, target users/audiences, and the scope of the engagement.

  3. Plan the approach

With goals defined, we’ll plan out the structure, activities, and facilitation approach for the workshop itself. This could involve techniques like design thinking exercises, ideation sessions, user journey mapping, prototyping, etc. tailored to your individual needs.

  4. Facilitate the conversation

The core of the engagement will be facilitating the interactive design strategy workshop, fostering collaboration between your team. Through various activities, the workshop aims to generate insights, explore new perspectives, ideate solutions, and align on a strategic design direction.
